SAD - Seasonal Affective Disorder
It is onset of winter; experiencing
mood swings, feeling less energetic & depressed. Feel like sleep longer, lethargic,
sad, and irritable; do not fear but manage carefully & diligently the change
in mind & mood to avoid consequences of hindrance in your day to day tasks
leading to low productivity. Go for regular exercise, deep breathing, yoga,
morning & evening walks, instead of drinks, smoking, excess tea &
coffee opt for balanced diet, fresh fruit juices and seek professional help to
overpower seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
