Let her tell you without inhibition what her goals are. The challenges she faces because of her aspirations & continuous struggle, thereof force her to make choices which might shape her life. A normal care giving & stable upbringing will help her handle the reality of life in a non-judgmental way. Parents need to keep in check their acts/behavior that symbolizes partiality towards the son and indifference towards the daughter to let her mold her future prospects.
