In life changes keep on taking place and some changes create
circumstances beyond our control thus stressing us. The stress level can be
kept in check by controlling our responses to these circumstances. Believe in
self, remain positive, suffering is universal & inevitable, keep
expectations & desires in check and maintain right speech & action. The
key to happiness lies within us, cultivate generosity, tolerance, truthfulness,
love and determination instead of promoting human afflictions like greed, hate,
anxiety, fear, envy and passion.
