Feeling Tired out (Burn out or Fatigue)


It adversely affects one's routine tasks even basic everyday activity like taking a walk, taking a shower, sleep (lack of sleep (insomnia)/ too much sleep), memory etc. Change your daily life style. Take a break from gadgets, go for vacation and rejuvenate in the silence of nature, minimise junk food intake, pursue hobbies, music, reading books is highly recommended. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) helps in managing anxiety, stress & mental fatigue.
