Live a normal, healthy and happy life.
Adverse conditions/circumstances must be
taken up as a challenge and motivation to decide and act on a plan to tide over
them. Do not get trapped in self pity mode, have faith & be optimist in your own strengths to control your own
affairs optimistically. Love yourself, adopt a work out regime for a healthy
& strong body to own a strong mind. Biases and perceptions in life at times
leave you with unsupportive relationships resulting in lack of social support, do
not give them any room consciously. Always believe in dictum “It shall pass”.
